Pricing and Payment

Cancellation and Refunds

For catering and consultation services:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

For in-café purchases, refunds are provided only for defective products or service errors at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, benetffii B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
